This is how Nankhatai is prepared

While talking to Local 18, Sandeep Rewadi, a Nankhatai trader in Meerut, said that if we talk about Nankhatai, then Nankhatai is prepared from gram flour, moong dal, semolina and melon seeds. About 5 to 6 artisans have to work continuously to prepare Nankhatai. After that, Nankhatai is cooked on coal or in some places on a gas furnace. Then it is ready. If we talk about its rate, then it starts from Rs 300 per kg.
